Today me and my dad are reviewing the Lace Mini Nitro Hemi pickups. We’re putting them in a Gibson ’64 Reissue Firebird, in place of the stock pickups.

The track we recorded to is “Mississippi Queen” by Mountain – used with permission from Leslie West. The full cover will be released in the next couple of weeks.

Recorded into a Groove Tubes DI box, into Thermionik Plexi, then through a 120W EL34 power section into a Zilla 4×12 with a Shure SM57 and Sennheiser 421.
