Building a SILENT AUDIO WORKSTATION PC

So it’s 2016, and was time for a PC upgrade in the studio. The old beast is dead, long live the new beast! I originally built it into a wooden case, which looked a lot worse than I imagined it would. Therefore I re-cased it in this video, in a rackmount case (my studio already has lots of racking for it to go in).

The computer specs are:-

ASUS MAXIMUS VIII HERO Motherboard (Z170 chipset)
Intel i7 6700 processor
Nofan 95W Silent CPU cooler
16GB DDR4 RAM
1TB Phiston SSD
520W Seasonic Silent Power Supply
2x Optiarc DVD Writer
Firewire 800 card (TI Chip)
Graphics card TBD, currently using onboard Intel GFX

Sorry if this video is a long one, it took quite a while to get the beast in its cage.

Any questions, let me know in the comments. Cheers!
